Dennis Noland, founder and principal of Alpha Resources, is a graduate of Sam Houston State University in Hunstville, TX where he received a Bachelor Degree in Management and Business Administration. Following graduation, he joined a major engineering and construction company beginning a career in human resources management serving in a variety of positions including Craft Recruiter, Compensation Administrator, College Recruiter, Techinical Staffing Manager and Employee Relations Manager.
His career has taken him across the country working at construction projects in Texas and Wyoming. Prior to founding Alpha Resources, Dennis worked 11 years in the corporate office of a national industrial construction company as Staff Employment Manager.
Dennis is an exam-certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and active in the Birmingham Chapter of Society of Human Resources and the Alabama Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors in Birmingham, AL.
