Debra Johnson is a Cum Laude graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham where she received a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management. With 20 years of experience, she has worked in a variety of professional human resource positions including Project Human Resource Manager on industrial construction and maintenance projects in North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, Utah and Texas. Her wide array of experience also includes Corporate Recruiting Manager, Employee Relations Representative, EEO Officer, Corporate Training Representative and Office Manager.
Debra has a throrough understanding of the human resource body of knowledge relevant to industrial construction. She is an exam-certified Senior Projessional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Human Resource Certification Institute and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
