 Dennis R. Noland, SPHR
Dennis Noland, founder and principal of Alpha Resources, is a graduate of Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX. where he received a Bachelor Degree in Management and Business Administration. Following graduation, he began a career in Human Resource management in the engineering, construction and manufacturing industries serving in a variety of positions, including Compensation Administrator, College Recruiter, Technical Staffing Manager, Facilitator/Trainer and Employee Relations Manager.
A skilled and intuitive manager, Dennis has used his human resource knowledge and 25 years of hands-on experience in various work environments ranging from industrial manufacturing plants and remote Wyoming work camps to executive boardrooms. Most recently, he worked 11 years in the southeastern US regional office of a major engineering and construction company serving as Staff Employment Manager and Employee Relations Manager developing, implementing and administering human resource policy at multi-state locations. He also coordinated the Affirmative Action Plans for the construction group at multi-state locations.
Further, Dennis is an exam-certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Society of Human Resource Management Certification Institute, and is active in the Birmingham Society of Human Resource Management and the Alabama Chapter of Associated Builders & Contractors. Also, Dennis occasionally speaks, writes and publishes articles on issues related to human resources and safety. |

 Debra K. Johnson, SPHR
Debra K. Johnson is a Cum Laude graduate of The University of Alabama at Birmingham where she received a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management. With over 14 years experience, she has worked in a variety of professional human resource positions including Project Human Resource Manager on industrial construction and maintenance sites in North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, Utah and Texas. Additionally she has served as Corporate Employment/Recruiting Manager, Employee Relations Representative, EEO Officer, Corporate Training Representative and Office Manager. Her experience includes supporting engineering, construction, maintenance and government contracts serving the power, automotive, petro-chemical, process, pharmaceutical and infrastructure industries.
Debra is highly skilled in the technical and statistical aspects of human resource management such as Affirmative Action Plans, EEO-1 reporting, compensation and recruitment processes and has a thorough knowledge of the human resource body of knowledge relevant to industrial construction and other industries. She is also a very effective communicator to all levels of employees.
Debra is an exam certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Society of Human Resource Management Certification Institute and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.

Charlotte Lewis is a skilled human resources professional with over 25 years of engineering and industrial construction experience. She has served as a compensation specialist in two major Engineering & Construction companies and most recently as professional staff recruiter. Charlotte is knowledgeable on a wide range of complex human resources issues including Affirmative Action Plans, policy development and implementation and employee relations plans. In addition, Charlotte is a highly organized administrative professional with many years of experience in domestic and international proposal development and information technology.
